Kāinga Ora is pleased to present an opportunity to purchase and develop one or more of the superlots available in Te Ararata A, a neighbourhood of the Mangere Development.
Seven superlots with a total area of 22,353 m2 (2.23 Ha) that supports a yield of approximately 168 homes.
Kāinga Ora is looking for a range of development partners and respondents are invited to submit proposals for one or more of the superlots described in the offer.
