Kāinga Ora is pleased to present an opportunity for development partners to purchase and develop 10 superlots offered in the Oranga Development.
Respondents are invited to submit proposals for one or more of the superlots described in the offer.

· Total area of 29,693m3 (2.97Ha approx.)
· Supporting a yield of approx. 186 homes
· Homes to comply with the Kāinga Ora Design Guidelines which can be viewe

· Sites are zoned Mixed Housing Urban/Mixed Housing Suburban
· Sites OR-035, OR-036, OR-047 ready for immediate handover, the remainder ready for handover Dec 2025

They demonstrate best practice design so that all parties involved know what is required to meet our core objective of creating neighbourhoods that support the wellbeing of our communities.
