Kāinga Ora is pleased to present an option to purchase and develop the first tranche of Market Superlots in Cannons Creek North East Neighbourhood (CCNE). Under the terms of our Superlot Agreement, Kāinga Ora is presenting the opportunity to Ngāti Toa Rangatira for the comprehensive development of the First Stage of Market delivery within Eastern Porirua.

 

Summary

  1. Four Superlots, which make up all the Market Lots within the Esk Block development
  2. Total Area of 11,523sqm (1.15Ha)
  3. Supporting a yield of 70 homes (as per Kāinga Ora Masterplanning)
  4. XX% of Homes to be built to
  5. Kiwibuild or meet the affordable housing criteria
  6. Kiwibuild criteria of at least 70% of the 2bd and 3bd typologies
  7. Sites are zoned in the MDRZ under the Proposed District Plan
  8. Handover of sites expected to be June 2024
